Cop lies about not wearing personal body camera in report to conceal evidence. Please help!

I need your help finding out what brand body camera is this is. Photo is from late 2017.
Cop lies in report about not wearing a personal body camera in attempt to conceal video and audio evidence that would vindicate my friend. He’s facing 16 years in prison for something that he did not do. Please share and help if you can. We found this image on line in the newspaper (it’s from 2 months prior to the incident. Please no trolls. #PINAC
