You always see self help books or videos about ways to forgive and forget something that has happened to you, in your past-how to forgive and forget, heal and move on. You rarely see tips on how to deal with something that isnt going away, where you dont see an end in sight, where someone continually tries to knock you down. How do you forgive something that keeps slapping you in the face? How do you move on when you are unable to move on!?
