1 gm of Fat contains 9 calories
there are 2 types of fats
1. Saturated Fat
2. Unsaturated Fat
Saturated fats are the bad fats, And unsaturated fats are the good fats,
but they both are important to our body
we should consume saturated fat in low quantity compare to unsaturated fats.
Saturated fat and the Trans fats are the reason for the increase of cholesterol level in our body and Diabetics problem
Unsaturated fat helps to lower the bad Cholesterol level and increases the good cholesterol, its very much important for your Heart, Brain,Eyes,Skin etc and many other things
