This is one of the most childish things I've seen in a long while. As you can see they're not actually blocking his access but he still retaliates. These are carers looking after an elderly, housebound resident. They work very long hours and I think they deserve a bit more respect than this. If you know the driver tell him this has been posted. The van reg starts T28 and that's Bardolph Place PE34 3PL. When the two carers came back the driver just backed the car into his garden and drove off so he didn't achieve anything except making himself look a right c***!
