From this video you will learn how to use the melted dark and white chocolate to make a stunning chocolate collar to wrap around your cake. We first take a butter paper and fold the bottom part to get the marking to apply the white chocolate. Once we apply and spread the white chocolate on this folded part of the butter paper, we then with an icing bag make consistent round swirls on the upper portion of the butter paper. We then have to wait for the chocolate to set on the paper. This is the time you have be patient and wait for the correct moment to lift the butter to wrap it around the cake so that it is not too wet nor too dry. Once set to the ideal temperature, we lift the butter paper from one side and wrap it around the cake and cut off the excess part. We then have to refrigerate or freeze this for a few minutes till the chocolate hardens and finally when this happens we take it out of the fridge and show you how to slowly take this off to give your cake a fantastic look.
