This is the third theme they've have given me. They just randomly pop up in the store (theme section) for those who digitally preordered the game. Regions vary when receiving the theme as some will get it day one of preorder or some will get the themes on the release date of the game. And before anyone asks me which version you preordered, I preordered the standard version. The extra 20 dollars is a waste of money imo.
