One of the biggest problems most men over the age of 40 have is too much belly fat.

And did you know that belly fat is one of the biggest indicators of low testosterone levels.

When we have low testosterone, not only are we going to hold more belly fat, but we will find it hard to burn fat, build lean muscle, have energy, have a healthy libido, improve our mood and be the man we want to be.

I have a few simple steps that you can take to start get rid of belly fat and increase your testosterone levels in the comfort of your own home.

The first thing you need to do is start using bodyweight only metabolic workouts that will help burn a ton of calories during the workout and also up to 24 hours after the workout is done due to a scientific phenomenon known as EPOC or the “Afterburn Effect”
