The 2019 "Strike a Chord" Gala Salute to Achievement Award honoree was Lynn Poe. This award goes to a current or former Heartland Family Service client who has successfully completed one or more agency programs. Lynn recently completed the Heartland Homes program and has participated in the Mental Health Counseling, Substance Use Treatment, and Family Works programs.
