Why You Should NEVER Ask For A Refund

Uber's support "accidentally" responded to a customer who was not happy with their driver and ended up making their response the customer a little too...personal? They responded with an offensive slur and even if it was accidentally a tweet gone wrong I dont know why they would continue to leave it up for well over 2hrs.
