Tim’s Wish to Pay it Forward | Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic

Tim was diagnosed with cancer in December of 2016 at the age of 16, and he spent most of the ensuing months cooped up in a hospital room at Inova Fairfax Hospital. These months were isolating and lonely. While the hospital has plenty of activities and games, most are geared towards younger children, and for a teenager like Tim, every day felt tedious and boring.

When Tim learned that he would be receiving a wish from Make-A-Wish® Mid-Atlantic, he only wanted one thing: to help other kids like him. Watch his incredible story.
