answer: depends on your character however some characters don't need this tech or simply they have better options or they are not meant to have a fast approach

don't use it in full screen(this tech is difficult to pull off in the full-screen distance)

the best way to use it if your character is in a range between 3 or 4 body's of a character, especially if you want to dash grab since this tech can give you a little push and save a few frames of start-up depending in your character
