Human resources, also known simply as HR, exists to protect the company first and foremost. Secondly, they exist to help the employees with holidays, company benefits and their general career track. That is why, you must always present your complaint, in a way that makes HR, feel that the problem is a legal or economic threat to the company, not to you.

This means an engineer, needs to be called out to fix the issue, and inspect that the ride is safe to be used again. Don’t assume that new rides should work perfectly, sometimes these can be the ones, which malfunction the most.
