This Kale is easy to grow using the Kratky hydroponic method, and Kale is believed to be very nutritious and contains the antioxidant sulforaphane since Kale comes from the same family of plants as broccoli. I usually grow Kale as a microgreen, the Kale mature leaf has a strong taste, the microgreen is much milder. But in this video I decided to grow kale using my microgreen seeds, and see what I got if I let it grow to maturity.
