BIG RAMY NOT COMPETING IN 2019!

RAMY CONFIRMS NEWS OVER VOICE NOTE!

Big Ramy has confirmed to RXMuscle's Chris Aceto that he will in fact shut it down for the 2019 contest season, ending rampant speculation as to where he would next compete and all the ramifications of him trying to re-qualify for the Olympia.

Dave Palumbo has the latest on Ramy, who revealed a couple of weeks ago in a IG Live chat with Dennis James that he had shoulder work done, but made no indication that it would hinder his prep for - presumably - the Tampa Pro.

We find ourselves asking the question again, what's next for Big Ramy?

We'll have to wait till 2020 to find out.
