ABORTION & MISCARRIAGE OUR TRUE STORY/ALABAMA ABORTION DEBATE/COPING WITH MISCARRIAGE/MAY2019

ABORTION & MISCARRIAGE OUR TRUE STORY/ALABAMA ABORTION DEBATE/COPING WITH MISCARRIAGE/MAY2019 Filming this video was one of the hardest things Misha and I have ever done.
Abortion is one of the most controversial subjects and miscarriage is a taboo topic.
We speak from the heart. We say it as it happened so please do not judge me, us, please listen to my/our story and respect decisions made even if you disagree.
Here is how the law in the UK sees it:
"Abortion in Britain is legal under the terms of the 1967 Abortion Act. One clause of the Act states that an abortion can be performed up to 24 weeks of pregnancy if continuation constitutes a greater threat to the physical or mental health of the pregnant woman than does termination, and most abortions are performed for this reason"
Lets talk.

Welcome to NiftyAfterFifty with Mumma Grimes and farewell to the midlife crisis!

This channel is dedicated to those who believe that “Growing old is mandatory; growing up is optional” (Chili Davis)

I hit 50 with a bang! I looked in the mirror and I did not like what I saw but, let’s face it, did it really matter? According to the media I was on the shelf gathering dust, ageing disgracefully, losing my marbles and quickly approaching the free bus pass entitlement (there are some benefits to being “old”!).

But then I saw a glimmer of hope. Very little but nevertheless, some middle-aged ladies are being given “airtime”! Maybe I should take off the my crocs and pick up the heels, get down from the top shelf and dust-off!

And that’s exactly what I did. I entered “middle age” with a bang! I got my mojo back but, while I did adjust my speed to take into account the age of my engine and the condition of my bodywork, there was no stopping me in my mad endeavours for doing brilliant but unpredictable things that were deemed inappropriate for the middle aged.

I am glad to say that 7 years on and my mission has been accomplished. I feel better then I did in my 30’s and 40’s!, there is a lot to be said for the inner confidence, wisdom and experience that you gain as you age. Gravity may not be on our side but life experience gives you an edge; it guides you through life’s ups and downs.

At 57 and with the help and support of my YouTuber daughter Misha Grimes I have decided to take the plunge into the YouTube pool! .

Please subscribe to my channel and let me take you on a little journey of discovery. We’ll chat about fashion, beauty, health, fitness, self-improvement, taboo topics, intimacy, love, betrayal, parenting, pageantry, mental health and midlife crisis to name a few of the topics I’ll be exploring.

I am now in top gear fighting the encroaching wrinkles, grey hairs, age spots, and laughter lines to name a few of the accompanying benefits.

I promise to be real, a little crazy at times but full of life and energy that will hopefully make you smile. Please share my videos with other like-minded ladies who are “too young” at 30,40, 50 and “have not grown up yet”.

So, wish me luck and one thing I know for sure: there will never be any regret that “I wish I had tried” and I encourage you to do the same, feel the fear and do it anyway.
